LifeSpend Planner was founded by Tim Schiltz following a distinguished 40-year career as an insurance and retirement services executive across U.S. and Asia-Pacific markets. After retiring, Tim turned his passion for long-term financial modeling toward helping family, friends, and neighbors in the Lakewood National community—where he can frequently be found enjoying the two Arnold Palmer championship golf courses.

Tim has always enjoyed sharing his knowledge on an informal basis as well as formally in his roles as an Actuarial Consultant, Mentor for the Entrepreneurial College at the University of Houston, and Subject Matter Expert for the Score Mentorship program.
